Modern Prussian is constructed on the basis of Samlandian Catechisms, because only these monuments provide us with authentic information about the grammatical structure of Prussian.

The construction of Modern Prussian is based on precise principles and is oriented toward persons and groups, currently taking their interest in this experiment.
